Baily Sinclair is used to playing the cards she's been dealt. When her only living relative falls ill, she puts her education on hold and takes over his job as head groundskeeper at the Rosemont. Her only decadence is her nightly swim, when she can shed her troubles along with her clothes, at least until a man shows up on the uninhabited estate and demands her surrender.
Held captive by a stranger, she can hardly believe when her body responds to his rough seduction. Especially when she realizes her secret lover is Connor Edge, the billionaire playboy. But there's more to this man than makes the supermarket tabloids, a darkness he hides from the world and that Baily finds simply irresistible.

This totally addictive and Screaming Hot story starts with a skinny-dip in the estate pool where Bailey works. The new estate owner (Mr Sex himself) catches her and immediately the Heat starts - with devastating Dripping effects. Connor, the new owner of Rosemont, is not only a to die for Spunky Devil billionaire, but he has a hidden agenda, one he reveals to Bailey from the first night they meet. She has a few secrets of her own, her beloved grandpa, the estate groundskeeper, is in hospital so she is working in his place to support them both financially. This story is not just Supper Boiling (HOT AS) it is also full of suspense, and a lot of the story leave one with loads of anticipation just wondering what jaw dropping thing will happen next.....

I adored this book, it was right up my alley. I Soooo hope book two will be along shortly for me to devour - I'm waiting anxiously ....... :)

Would you try another book from Jenna McCormick and/or Hollie Jackson?
maybe I will have to read what the book is about and read the reviews. Although reviews are not what I base my reading choices on. If someone really hates the book and says why I might take note of that.
What do you think your next listen will be?
I am not sure
What didn’t you like about Hollie Jackson’s performance?
her voice just wasn't right for me.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
not for me. I just didn't like it.
Any additional comments?
This book was originally released as a five part serial, but this is all 5 together not just part one, so you WILL get the whole story in this one book.
I am at a loss as to what to say about this book, never read anything like this. On the one hand it wasn't one if those suspend reality and just go with the sex scenes, because it had an actual plot....but it did also have some nice hot scenes. There was contrived drama for the sake of continuing the story, and a few parts where I was like HUH!?!? But it tried to follow its decent plot.
Bailey Sinclair is the groundskeeper granddaughter, she has been doing his job because he has Alzheimer's disease and doesn't want to let the owners know because she needs the money for his care. Conner Edge buys the property, although it appears to have been his families before, and anyway he's drawn to bailey. He suffers from a condition similar to multiple personality disorder and the two Conners both want her. One is a socially acceptable business man, the other is for all intents and purposes a Dom. The story follows them all through a maze of do both men (same man) want her, does she want both of them, can they all figure out how to transverse this tricky relationship where she is sleeping with 2 different men that are the same person?
It wasn't a bad story, but it was kind if confusing and disjointed, probably because it was originally 5 stories. The smex scenes were good, the mind games were good, but definitely hard to keep up with who remembers what and who was blacked out during that time. Narration was excellent, male voices were decent, and overall the story was fine and even gripping, but now that I'm done with it I could have done without this book. So, good for sale, not credit or sale worthy in my opinion.
