Love the simplicity of this book.

I love the simplicity of this book because it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the healthy ways of living. Recipes are easy to follow. I have made the delicious mayonnaise and look forward to testing author’s other great recipes!

A meal planning book, a best way to be fit.

Meal planning or at the very least suggestions of what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner would have made this much more accommodating. You do have to watch out for added ingredients that you can't have yet contingent on where you are in the diet. You must have the Gut and Psychology Syndrome by the author to go along with this book.

It’s motivating me to stop postponing and just start the diet. The recipes are easy & simple to follow. Most ingredients are already in your pantry. Recipes are divided into different parts to understand them fully.

A real deal for good health.

The author Jennifer Louissa seems a long time somatic practitioner and integrative health medicine coach and Stephen is a great body-worker and fitness coach. So the experience is coming out here and we all must get this to be fit.

This is loving for every health lover.

Loved the recipes! I learnt things I didn't even know could affect my stomach and so much more on eating the right food to fix my stomach issues. My favorite recipe is the Chicken Stew - thumbs up!!
