Interesting information
Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps.

I never knew there were so many options for me! I have Crohn's Disease and have struggled with my diet and lifestyle for years. This cookbook has really taught me how to recognize my symptoms and take control of my eating and living in a way I didn't think possible. Plus, the recipes are DELICIOUS. We love the chicken thigh and sweet potato recipe. It's now a staple in our family's diet!

This is such an incredible capable of being audible cookbook! Since I've had it, I've made each dinner from here and the formulas are something altogether different however straightforward, extremely sound and most importantly...everything I've made has been AWESOME! I didn't initially purchase this since I required a calming diet however subsequent to accepting I am eager to see our body and well being react to it.
