Publisher's Summary

Popular Bible teacher and Bethel Church pastor Havilah Cunnington reveals the truth about spiritual warfare, helping listeners discern the source of their struggles and how to do battle with good old-fashioned theology and practical tools for their everyday lives.

Over the years Bible teacher and Bethel Church pastor Havilah Cunnington has talked to people across the spectrum of Christianity - from those who completely avoid mentioning the devil to those who see him lurking around every corner - and she has seen the dangers of ignoring or misrepresenting Satan's true power. Whether we talk about it or not, every follower of God is in a war against a very real enemy, one who wants to steal, kill, and destroy.

In Stronger than the Struggle, Cunnington shows listeners what God's Word has to say about this issue - and what it doesn't. In a down-to-earth, let's-get-real approach, the author applies good old-fashioned theology to the tough topic of spiritual warfare and helps listeners discern whether their struggles are coming from God, themselves, or the enemy. She teaches them the right questions to ask in order to see adversity from a new perspective and helps them to create realistic battle plans to win every day.

An inspiring, personal approach to spiritual warfare, Stronger than the Struggle gives listeners practical tools to thrive in the face of hardship, enabling them to put the enemy in his place and start living.

Power Packed Book

It lives up to the title. The application of the keys found in this book will prove the power believers have access to.

I loved the “Empowerment Points” at the end of every chapter. These are simple points that summarize each chapter. I intend to replay these often to help rewire thought processes I have in my own life that are contrary to the truth I have access to as a follower of Jesus.

Havilah truly breaks down the spiritual battles we face and calls believers to act on the authority available to us. She communicates this message with a mother’s heart. I can tell she loves people and wants to give all she has learned away so more people are living a vibrant, Christ-filled life.

She provides any reader with strategies, based on God’s word, so we can live out a life of faith where our testimony can really be that we are stronger than any struggle we face.

Down to earth and REAL

many Christian books on spiritual warfare tend to get over Spiritual and put so much focus on the devil. This book does it right. Focus on God

Simple easy read. I started this book and just could not put it down. Cover to cover in one day. I never do that. Loved this book
