This book gave insight on factors that I haven't checked across yet or have thought of. I plan to purchase this book to high light key points for the future.

Broad General information

There is good coverage of residential and commercial real estate investing. My focus is residential so I fast forward through commercial discussions. However I was concerned that I might miss something that was applicable to both. Having a way to delineate between the three possibilities would ease the process. I heard many great tips that will improve my entry into this investment opportunity.

Descriptions of upcoming chapters along with tips and warnings right in the middle of key points ruins a good book.
