This is my new favorite writer. She can make fantasy into reality. You rock lady !

It’s an ok book!!

I don’t know it started off nail biting but I started losing interest like maybe 2 hrs before it ended. At times it felt predictable, and the way Mac was with her on the steamy scenes I felt that maybe that was what throw me off. One thing is rough and another thing is cruel for me he was just so cruel. Overall it was just an ok read 🫤

Fantastic story

Love this author. Fantastic story with dual narration. Female narrator not so great. She has a shaky quality to her voice so the character sounds older.

Still love TL Swan but not the same as Miles crew

I love the full detail of TL Swan's story telling. I enjoy the details about body language, voice inflections, and the feel of the space. A few of the Miles stories are in my top favorites but I didn't enjoy this story as much. Then beginning of the story made me a bit uncomfortable (kinda like the Mr. series did) but I wanted to give it a go. By the middle, I connected and felt all the emotions with the characters. Unfortunately, it didn't last long and I felt lost about 3/4 way through. I gave 4 stars because I actually didn't finish the book entirely... I skipped around thats just not fair.

A must read!

Loved the characters, plot and twists! Love all of TL Swan books! Looking for my next book already!
