Narration was THE BEST

I always like TL Swan’s writing. It’s engaging, believable, and her characters are well developed.
Her change to duet narration is a step up. Her writing is so much better with this format.
Love the narrators. They both did a great job with accents, distinction between characters. The producers did a great job of flow between narrators- it seemed much more natural than other diet and multi-performer audiobooks.

Amazing audio

This is one of those books that has to be listened to. As the follow up to the Italian, we follow Franchesca and Guiliano and that delicate relationship. Stick with it - I promise you won't be let down. Sets up nicely for Valentino - The narration duo on this one was truly amazing.

Not my favorite TL Swan Book

I really struggled with this one. The whole insest thing was hard to get through. The whole time I was hoping they weren't related because if they were that's just nasty. I also didn't like that Enrico's family didn't know he was alive. It was selfish. I'm sure I will listen to Anna's story when it comes out because I'm invested at this point and need to know how the series wraps up

Never want it to end!

I was dying for this to come to audible as I loved "the Italian" so much! This was amazing and I just never wanted this story to end! Fav of all time from TL!

Perfection

The story was great. The audio and narration was perfect. Wish there was a longer epilogue

These two books are perfection

Wow! What a ride. TL Swan totally did it again. These two books go together so well almost like one story. So many twists and turns accompanied by her trademark comedy. My most favorite part of this book however was the female narrator, i just loved the accent it really made the book for me

Forbidden love 🔥

Great story that captures you in at the start of their childhood through current. Has the right amount of the push and pull for both main characters. Great narration.

So many twists

Really enjoyed Giuliano’s love story. It is taboo and exciting, dangerous and passionate. Talk about burning up the sheets. These two are fire.

Omg what story that some of message was forgotten until the end. I am so glad that Francesca and Julianno got there happy ever after.
