Perfect!!

The story got my attention from the start and held it all the way through the end. The characters are lovely. Narration was spot on!

Nonbinary representation and consent

The romance was sweet and had the feel of old fashioned courtship at times. I appreciated the nonbinary representation and the inclusion of consent. If you are in the mood for something light, fun and sweet then listen away.

Good book

It is not easy for me to get used to gender neutral pronoun as a non native speaker, and it took time to get used to it. But the story is good well written.

Perfect

A Hollywood romance where the MCs are not interested in Hollywood dating.

Alix and Marianna meet by chance, twice, and decide to hang out as friends. They are both attracted to each other, but neither of them are looking for a relationship. They're both sweethearts, which makes the story low angsty with a slow burn as they get to know each other. And let me just say, I love Alix! They're charming and chivalrous - swoon worthy!!

We need more queer books like this!

In Kris Bryant's book, Forever, Alix is a losing contestant on a dating show and comes back to host. Alix is nonbinary, outgoing, and living their best life. Marianna doesn't want anything to do with the Hollywood scene, but keeps running into Alix. Such a heart-warming story. Chemistry is hot, dialogue is sharp, and has all the sweet and tender feels. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for representation.
