Always and Forever

Opposites attract. I'd like to think that if Peri was not secretive with her "mission" that Camilla would not have led her around in a circle, but at the same time not everyone is out to hurt you. But it worked out for the better. The truth revealed was when the story became enjoyable for me. I loved the parallels between Hilde and Isabelle's great granddaughter. It's sad that they could not be together, but I had hope they'd be together in their next life. Which ironically came in the form of their descendants.
Their love is what we all aspire to have! Kris Bryant is an amazing author. She's able to capture all the emotional spectrum in one novel! We can hope to have the love like their's one day ♥️ 💕

Beautiful

A dual love story that not only covers time, but distance. You fall in love with the characters almost instantly. The narrator was great too. I'm not good at writing reviews, just trust me a total stranger that you will not be disappointed.

Charming, romantic love stories spanning four-generations

Just get out your Kleenex, a glass of good red wine, and enjoy. I finished this delightful novel with tears in my eyes and a faint smile wondering, how did Kris Bryant do that? The remarkable main characters, two vibrant but very different 30-something lesbians and their amazing great-grandmothers, conjure two similar, yet tragically different, love stories shaped by the eras in which they lived and loved.

Love, love, loved the story and all the beautiful characters!! it took me two Italy.
