Useful recipes.

This was a great informative book on the Paleo diet. And the best part was they had meal plans for weeks and really good recipes. Great job

Paleo diet for Beginners is a delightful book.

This is a nice book for anyone considering a Paleo diet. Many of the recipes are easy to follow, and are comfort-food friendly. Some of the ingredients used are exotic, but many can be found in your favorite grocery store. Paleo for Beginners is a delightful book for anyone curious about the Paleo diet, and good for a cookbook enthusiast as well.

Loved.

The book is simple and easy to understand. The recipes are quick and easy to follow. I've made almost all of them. My husband loves the chocolate chip cookies and soups. If you are looking at starting a Paleo diet, this is a great must have beginners book.

Nice recipes.

This is an easy recipe cookbook for those starting out in the Paleo world. The recipes are quite tasty and filling. My wife was surprised how quickly most recipes were to make. You will have to purchase some out of the ordinary products for baking but most other items can be purchased from a grocery store or farmer's market. Yes, there are desserts but the healthy kinds.

This is a good book for anyone interested in wanting to learn about what PALEO is and how to go about it. Helped me go from being overwhelmed to being hopeful about following through with it.

Great weight losing diet recipes.

I just recently started the Paleo diet to see if it will help ease my endometriosis symptoms. This is a great beginners guide to help you get started! I am learning so much about the diet! This book not only gives you yummy recipes, but it also goes in to great detail what foods you can and cannot have with Paleo.

Great information regarding.

Great information regarding how the Paleo diet came about, how to get started, and what kind of results you can expect. I found the section on approved and not approved foods, as well as the shopping list, to be very helpful. I have had this book for about a month now and have made several recipes. I haven't been disappointed yet. Some of my favorites are the kale with walnuts and cranberries, teriyaki beef, and baked apples. I would recommend this book for any beginner. It's a great first step.

This is a nice book for starting the paleo.

This is a nice book for starting the paleo. It gives you the background info. And lists of things you can and cannot eat. The recipies look good. I'm planning on eating paleo for a month to see if I like it and this is good book to help me to loss my weight. This is a good book just to try it out. If you plan on sticking to the paleo for long term, and want a cook book, this isn't your best bet.
