W. Winters
From USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling romance author W. Winters comes a provocative tale of a club designed for wealthy sinners. It's a story crafted for those of us who crave the villain.
I'd have chosen her above all else...if only I could go back. Even if it meant I never got to kiss her, to love her, to be consumed by the woman she is and the love she gave me. She deserves more than this...
She deserves more than this dangerous life I lead.
She was never supposed to be involved. She was mine to lust after, to have in the darkest hours of the night, to love in secret even.
The only truth I know now is that it's all my fault and it's all too late. This can't be how our story ends.
She has no idea how much I love her and I could never live with myself if anything happens to her.
I'll burn the world down if that's what it takes. I'm never letting her go.
Only for Him is the dark romance collection of all three books for this couple and their happily ever after. It is the complete Shame on You Series which includes Tease Me Once, I'll Kiss You Twice, and Then You're Mine.

The sencond book just becomes a little ridiculus with the mmc not being able to figure out why the mfc is scared, and traumatized
book 1 was fantastic

The details!!!

It *started* with promise: childhood friends-to-lovers who reconnect years later when Declan is now a mob boss running a “club,” scarred from his brutal past. Enter Braelynn—fresh off a divorce, naïve, and trying to rebuild her life. On the advice of her friend Scarlett, she takes a job as a cocktail waitress at Declan’s club. Great setup, right? Unfortunately, that’s where the intrigue ends.
Let me be clear: Declan and Braelynn have *zero* chemistry, and their relationship is toxic on every level. Declan treats her terribly—dragging her into his criminal mess, putting her through test after test, constantly accusing her of being a rat, and even pushing her to the brink of harming herself. His grand solution? Proposing marriage while saying he won’t survive without her. Sir… what?
The writing didn’t help either. Braelynn’s inner monologues were endless and exhausting, while Declan’s POV read like it was from a completely different book. Every chapter in the last installment felt like a copy-paste of the same thing: sex equals love, and manipulation equals devotion. Spoiler: neither is true.
And the plot? Honestly, I still don’t know what the actual point was. Was it about finding the traitor? Was it dom/sub romance? A psychological thriller? Nope. It was mostly loopholes and half-answered questions. Why was Braelynn even in that situation? Who knows. Everyone was dispensable, including the storyline.
By the end, it was painful to get through, and nothing felt authentic. If you like your romance built on chemistry, trust, and growth—this isn’t it. I wouldn’t recommend.
Yikes. This three-book series was… rough.
