I was waiting for this audiobook!

I loved reading this book and couldn't wait for it to come to audible. The story can be intense at times. When I first read the book I cried when it got to the whole Axel part. Won't go into detail in case anyone hasn't read or listened to it.

The narrators for this ai book are fantastic!

This book started so strong. I loved the first third of this. Oddly, the last third of this book took a turn for the worst. I’m still speechless on how a book can go from amazing to awful.

Heartbreakingly beautiful

This is a sad but beautiful story! read/listened to it in a day! Loved this, and wish there was more!

It was fine

I liked the characters overall but felt like it was a little predictable. It was a little too much of a Cinderella trope and seemed like it could have had more of a deep dive into the MMCs life.

It Was Okay

I was looking forward to reading this as it has gotten some great hype but I did not enjoy it like I thought I would. Definitely check your trigger warnings. I enjoyed the story up until the last few chapters of the book and the FMC was a little insufferable. All in all the narrators did an amazing job and if you like rockstars and dark romance you might like this book.

Loved Everything About This!

It’s been a while since I’ve been completely captivated by a book right from the start and I forgot just how amazing it feels! Fantastic plot and great spice.

What A great story. Heart-rending.

Check trigger warnings!! CSA and on page sexual violence. But the love story is worth it. A hero redeemed. The characters were so good. Narrators did a fantastic job.

Predictable

Stale story. Built up the reveal so blatantly you could see it a mile away. People don't recover from that kinda trauma that quickly. DNF

Midnight Stage

Midnight Stage is a brothers best friend, dark Rockstar Romance. Let me start off by saying this book wrecked me. I don't usually tear up while reading, but this book got to me.

This book is about Raleigh and Ezra and is told from both of their points of view. Raleigh has a crush on Ezra and when he starts a band with her brother Axel. Axel and Raleigh and she helps out with the band. However, Axel and Ezra break Raleigh when they leave to tour without her.

Now, years later something brings them back together. Both have feelings for each other, but both have also been through so much while being apart.

So much happens in this book. Lots of secrets, lies, and so much more. Will Ezra and Raleigh be able to get through all the stuff that was thrown at them? Will they get their happy ending? I really hope there is more to this series, with the side characters!
