The accents were great

I think we could’ve done without the male narrator here. The story wasn’t fantastic but kept me curious to continue and not finish.

What am I going to do with my life while waiting for books 2&3?! 😭

Just okay

This wasn’t bad but not great either. A lot of it seemed very juvenile and the dialogue was just off. Sometimes I wonder how editors can sign off!?! The worst was her interaction with her mom. It was just so unbelievable and shallow. I probably won’t read the next one unless it’s free or I’m really desperate!

Narration didn’t fit

I like to listen to books so I can quilt. I started this book on my kindle and was excited to get the Audible. First using narrators with accents doesn’t always work. I felt the narrators didn’t fit the age of the FMC especially the MMC. Then during the spicy scenes it was like Mary Poppins reading erotica. This story has so much potential the Author came up with an excellent plot and built a unique world but it needs work and the narration needs to fit the age of the characters. Please go the extra mile.

The building up

I love that this was a continuation from the other series. this was an excellent continuation.

Dragon riders are the best!

it was extremely slow to start, but as you kept listening it eventually got better and I couldn't stop listening! I'm waiting for the next book now.

Good. Not for me

This book got so many rave reviews so I was dying to read it but I just never got into it. It was well written and interesting I just don’t think it was for me.

I was instantly enthralled and entertained and was such a great read that pulled me out of a reading slump! I am so excited for the next book! The performers were fantastic! I hope they return for Book 2!
