Wow...passed my MLO test the first time!!!

I'm primarily on the go and have a non-mortgage career now. I really desired to pass the MLO exam the first time and needed a product to assist while working. Boy did I find in this program...the laws, terms, the narrator, etc, all made this audio book spot on for convenience and prep...I passed my MLO exam the first time and many have said it's tough to get through it the first time. This audio book is delivers if you don't always have the time to reread your pre-licensing course material...I highly recommend this audio book!!!

Great way of studying

Very helpful for the test. I found a few minor errors in the book, such as wrong answer in one question, and repeated choices but it’s not affecting the quality of the whole book. But I do wish it’s read by a more soothing voice instead. The current voice is too harsh and too fast for my first time. I hope I will be more comfortable with it the second time. It’s read so fast, many questions have to be rewinded a few times to understand. That’s why I didn’t rate five stars all across
