It’s not what I expected

I expected to hear mainly key points on how to become a millionaire loan officer. It’s really a soap opera narrated story about two friends (high school friends) struggles with their career as a loan officer ( at a novice and experienced level).
I hate to ruin it for you but the man and women move to Florida to get mentored by Scott and Steve. They become great loan officers , begin dating, win an award then get married. They live happily ever after. Dumb.

not what i was looking for

Would you try another book from Scott Hudspeth and/or Steve Stansell?

I would but it would need to include more actionable material, this was more of a story about people rather than a business building book

What was most disappointing about Scott Hudspeth’s story?

i thought i was going to get usable material to grow my business, this was just storytime

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Steve Stansell?

the narration was good and i liked it

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Millionaire Loan Officer?

the title is very misleading

Any additional comments?

i would like a refund for this purchase

Boring

If you are looking for substance don't come here, if you want to listen to a soap opera by all means

Lots of filler, very little useful info

The book starts off good. Told in story form.
But then it drifts off. The narrator did an excellent job. About 10 minutes of useful info if you’re a mortgage loan officer.

Not a fan

This booked seemed to be more about a self promotion for the author and his company than truly useful. Scott really could do no wrong. Also, can’t praise one of the main characters for moving to Florida instead of finding a job closer to home and working on his marriage...

I did enjoy the reader of the book- but content, not so much!

It’s an effing soap opera

This teaches nothing it offers no help. It’s a poorly written novel. It is only tangentially related to mortgages and will not help you advance your career. The end
