Drop the Twenty and don't look back!
So painfully accurate and very well constructed. There is no wrong stage at which to consume this book, but what a Superb Value for those yet on the fence about becoming a mortgage broker.. Geez!

Loved It!!
This book is fantastic!! I couldn't stop listening! It is great for a beginner broker and for brokers with years of experience in the mortgage industry. A lot of great ideas that I will definitely be implementing myself. I can't wait for Volume 2 and 3.

Exactly the advice needed
I bought the book from Amazon when it first came out. Read it twice. Now the audio is going to get a number of listens. I'm in my first year as Mortgage Broker in BC and this book and Dustan himself have been invaluable! Waiting hungrily for Volume 2! Thanks for doing this Dustan! I highly recommend this book and audible offering to any starting in the business. The narrator Sean Pratt is great. You we're right in having him be your voice.

Excellent read for a new broker
I enjoyed listening to this book. The information contained within is excellent. He references a lot of things in the three volumes of this book and it would be nice to have a pdf of some of the books and scripts he references. Maybe this already exists and I just haven’t found it yet!

Although the advice was not new or novel, anyone all in positions of management or sales would be well-served by listening to this book.

11 years experience & I still picked up great tips
Volume 1 starts from the point of view that you want to embark into a career as a Mortgage Broker and details what you should do to prepare for your new career.
Having been in the industry as a Mortgage Broker Perth for 11 years, I still picked up some great tips.
I wish I had this book before I got into this career, however I can still make changes suggested in the book.
I can't wait to see what Volume 2 with the focus being on the first 100 days in your career.
