Little outdated, but great for the basics.

Doesn't cover post 2008 regulations obviously, but great for learning mortgage basics. Little extra on the life advice though.

A great quick listen to get started in home loans

I’d recommend this book to anyone just getting into buying a home. There are so many loan options to choose from; it’s great to hear the pros and cons of each and who qualifies and what resources you can use to make the best decisions.
I liked the humor sprinkled throughout while the content is of course dry - it’s all pertinent info and a quick listen. I highly recommend!
