It's basically about becoming more influential and powerful. Frame control is also a good defense against people who want to exert their own control. Short, sweet, and to the point.

This book has really helped me. It taught me to understand what behaviors really turn people off in terms of getting them to follow you, and what behaviors you can adopt in order to become an alpha.

This book is definitely a self development book, but that’s not a bad thing. Increasing your frame control actually has a lot to do with your own internal confidence.

Two very important aspects of frame control are mindfulness and confidence. Most people think frame control is about being the boss or the most confident person, but actually people with very high frame control are also very mindful and aware in the present moment. Good read.

it was good but very short and needs more substance. it read like an outline or Reader's digest abridged version.

This method is quite effective.

I have been using this method to help me with social situations, and it really does give context for how people respond to authority. Very effective.
