This book has tremendous value because it describes important life skills that can improve your life significantly. I am a certified project manager so I am very knowledgeable about achieving results, however I was fascinated in learning about the skill called a well formed outcome and its subset called the ecology of the outcome because in a simple way helps an individual or group describe their desired result. Another important skill is the ability to work through difficult conflicts not only with other people but also within yourself. If you want to learn how to manage a difficult memory, this book will show you a simple technique for disassociating yourself from it. It also comes with an implementation guide to cement your skills. Have fun.

OUTSTANDING- with caveats

Narrator great, perfect enunciation -- I could set speed to 2x and not miss a syllable, caveat is he talks slowly. Stories are great and reinforced each point,

Good book for first time NLP Practicioners

The audio book and the examples are a helpful way to get familiar with NLP basics.
I was dissapointed that the audiobook mentions a few PDF workbooks which simply can not be found in the URL mentioned.
I've purchased other Audible audiobooks with pdf files that make the pdf companion materials available in the Audible Library wich makes it very easy to get them.
In this case, it seems that the URLs directo you to pages intended to sell you more NLP courses...
I hope they make all the pdf mentioned in the book available in my Audible Library.

Cant wait to start implementing my new techniques. I bought the paperback just so I could go back and highlight and take notes. gonna make this my own self study. The audio version just wasn't enough for me.
