A modern day classic

I was awe struck by the scope and ambition of this book. The characters are nuanced and masterfully developed. The plot line draws you in and keeps you enthralled until the final page. Normally I read books back to back. But this one I’ll have to sit with a while.

A brain teaser

An excellent story, it kept me intrigued and guessing right to the very end,
The narrator has a different style to books I usually listen to but I warmed to her and I will listen to her again I'm sure

Narrator all wrong

I had to give up on the audio and revert to the e-book version on my Kindle. The narrator's story time at play school delivery - replete with girly giggles - was really at odds with the content and became irritating. Aside from that, she was pretty good at accents and the story very compelling.

Couldn’t put it down

I was pleasantly surprised by both the narrator and story of this book. Both were completely captivating.

Gripping

Kept you guessing to the very end. Couldn't wait to get back in the car to continue listening! I didn't like the narrator - almost gave up, but persevered as the story was outstanding.

Great story

I loved the story but not the narrator. She was too chirpy for this story.
