Exploring the dark world of influencer culture, this is an absolutely gripping thriller that combines a seductive setting, a twisty plot, and complex characters. An incisive look into female friendships with a truly shocking ending, I devoured this book in a day - unputdownable! (Heather Darwent)

It was a good book

I enjoyed this book, but not as much as I have other books. The reason being is that they all seem to follow a predictable pattern. I feel like I am going to have to take a break from Anni For a while, she is very talented and tells a very good story. The narrators were fabulous!

So good!

Wow! This book is a barn burner! While you may always want the villain to get their just rewards…I’ve never wanted it more for this one! 🙂
This author is going to be one where you crave a new book sooner rather than later! She had that treat two minutes

Annie May Taylor, WOW!!!!

Annie May (not Anni Taylor) your first book was an absolute winner from the 1st page. Your descriptive narrative enabled me to picture this story as if it was a film and, gee, what a great film it would make. The production was brilliant and seamless and every actor was excellent. I can hardly wait until June, when, apparently your second book will be published, Audible you did well with this.

Inside look at a so called perfect family

That was emotionally awful, yet a great book at the same time. It felt real. I would recommend this book, for sure.

Sad

I devoured this in just two days! It effortlessly captured moments of profound melancholy, yet in its entirety, it undeniably surpassed all expectations.

great characters

The writing was great and I would have given 5 stars but it is almost identical to a book a read before. It had a daughter instead of a son,but the setting, the characters past, Jobs, etc were almost identical.

Really pretty good!

Firstly I think it’s important to point out that this book is written by Annie Taylor and NOT Anni Taylor, I was confused by some of the other reviews but I think this is why! It’s an easy mistake to make, the names being almost identical, but they are in fact different authors.

This was a good read, the characters were interesting, if not terribly likeable and the plot kept moving at a reasonable pace. It did require a little stretching of the imagination at times but that’s fiction for you and it wasn’t beyond belief.

The narrators were brilliant.
