The tale continues

Weak in a few places but this book is setting up the story for the next three books and TFLK is still a great read.
There are characters in this book that you could call "old favourites" but I won't say more as I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't read it yet.
Overall, TFLK is definitely worth reading and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Not as engaging as previous books

What did you like best about The Four Legendary Kingdoms? What did you like least?

I didn't find this book as engaging as previous books and I'm not too sure why. I wonder if the narrator caused this problem (I'd read the previous books).

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The idea of 4 shadow kingdoms actually having power over everyone.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The narrator should have made more distinctions between the characters. For excellent performances, listen to Barbara Rosenblatt and James Marsden, or where the book is 'read' then Kate Reading/Michael Kramer of Wheel of Time fame is a good example.

Was The Four Legendary Kingdoms worth the listening time?

Maybe
