Below Par

I normally enjoy James Patterson books and short stories very much. These were very disappointing. The plots were quite predictable and" the guilty parties "easily discernible at the beginning of each story.

Enjoyable to listen to

Good way to pass the time in traffic. The stories were easy to get into. Nice, fairly light escapes, good to take one's mind away from the work day. The narration was great, especially the first narrator, Jamie Renell. He had a warm tone, and a great delivery.

Angry Story Reader

The Narrator sounded Angry throughout the stories; that reduced my enjoyment of the listening experience.

Three excellent stories

I often don't have time to get into and finish entire books. This series was three extremely suspenseful books that were short enough to get into and enjoy with my wife in the time we traveled on holiday.

Third Story

First two stories were really good. Last story could hardly wait to get thorough it.

3 Stories.

Once I realized the first story was coming to an end, and there were 2 more-I was kind mad at myself that I didn't catch that. And then I realized I liked it a lot. I could listen to the entire story in one sitting. A new concept for me.
I can't even pick the one I enjoyed the most as they all pulled me in from the start.

Not quite up to expectations

Did not hold my interest completely. Could have compressed story and it would have been more effective. Still a fun read.

Two out of Three

The first two stories are really good; the last one not so much. Still, worth it.

Not my favorite

Not a fan of the short stories, wanted a whole book based on the title. 3 completely different stories turned me off.
