Publisher's Summary

"One of the hottest new authors in the thriller genre." - Brad Thor, Attack on America.

The first target is Dallas, Texas. A deadly nerve gas called New Archangel is unleashed upon the City of Angels, claiming innocent lives, spreading nationwide panic, and fueling global fears of another attack. In the icy reaches of rural Alaska, special agent Jericho Quinn is enlisted to hunt down the man who created the bioweapon - a brilliant Russian scientist who is trying to defect and hiding in the Alaskan wilderness. But time is running out. The scientist is beginning to lose his mind to dementia. If Quinn doesn't find him before the Russians do, the entire western seaboard and beyond will feel the wrath of New Archangel - and darkness will fall upon the earth.

Excellent Jericho Quinn Thriller!

Field of Fire is about an ultra nationalist Russian terrorist cell with the most deadly poisonous gas ever trying to bring the US to its knees. There is a new character FBI agent Khaki Beaudine who''s Jack Thibodaux's cousin working with Quinn in Alaska. Action and suspense junkies will love this novel.

Dissapointed

I’ve listened to all of the Quinn series so far and this is the first time I’ve been “meh”! It was just boring. Too much Russian baddies and too little of Jacques & Ronnie. The first third was okay but it bogged down from there. Not sour on the series, hopefully the next one is back on track.

another one hits the five star list!

This book continues Marc Cameron's best hits. The author and his performer, Tom Wiener do a great job together, and you never finish disappointed with the results.

Jericho Quinn, but plagued by production issies

Some parts of the production/narration are oddly chopped up and clearly using different equipment or settings, I can ignore it once but it happens about half a dozen or more times. Jericho Quinn is never a bad listen though!

Excellent as ever

Jericho Quinn and his various compatriots provide an action packed story. Introduction of new characters refreshes the tale, but nice to see regulars are still developing. The narrator was wonderful especially with all the different character voices. I did not want the story to end.
