Amazing love story

Rereading for second time and Listening for the first time. This book was perfect after reading The Addendum. I wanted more about Gracie and Jaxson. Their love is so amazing, their connection is so strong. Jaxson is the swooniest ever. The audiobook was perfect and the narrators as always did an amazing performance. I love them.

Another great book

Melanie Moreland's stories captivate you and this one is another that will take your heart and break it before putting it back together. John Lane brings to live Jaxon and Maxine Mitchell brings Gracie to live.

Gracie grew up in a loving home with an unusual extended family. Jason grew up fighting for everything he has now so when he finally finds his soulmate he almost messes up.

A secret marriage and a crazy family what's not to love about this story.

Oh the grumpy boss…

Loved this office romance! Grace is interning at a law firm and is excited to work for Jackson…he has a reputation as a serious and excellent litigator. Jackson is a grump but has a thing for Grace and the pair embark on a secret fling. Grace is falling but the relationship doesn’t appear to be heading to an HEA. Until it gets super complicated after a meeting in Vegas! Great start to the spin off series.

A terrific story with great narrators

I'm pretty new to Melanie Moreland, and boy oh boy, am I ever wondering what took me so long. My Saving Grace is the first in a spin-off series, and after meeting so many of these characters, I think I need to get their stories. This book is packed full of terrific characters, and that's not even counting our romantic couple who kept me glued to the pages. Jaxson and Grace pull out all the feels, and when I say all, I mean just that. I'll be honest, there were times when I really wasn't sure if I was gonna like this romance or not. Oh, I loved the banter, and as I mentioned, there were some terrific characters. And I liked Grace. She's a strong woman, capable of taking care of herself, but that doesn't define her. She's also loving and forgiving - the latter might take some coaxing, but it's there. Then there's Jaxson, and there were moments when I really wanted to punch him right in the mouth. At the risk of giving something small away, I was kind of cheering when someone else does just that. My feelings about Jaxson were all over the place. He'd say or do something so sweet then turn around and say or do something else that drove me crazy. I'm sure that was the idea, and it worked wonderfully. Yes, Jaxson was a big ol' jerk at times, and during some of those times, I really wanted Grace to walk away. But he was also one of my favorite types of character. He's arrogant while still being unsure about what he's feeling, and he's so wonderfully redeemable. So, My Saving Grace is everything a good romance should be - it's emotional, it's sexy, and it's witty. The characters feel so real they practically leap off the page, and the story is totally engaging and entertaining.
I read the book when it released, and I wrote all of that about it. Then I listened to the wonderful narration by Maxine Mitchell and John Lane, and if I could give it more stars, I would. So, those characters that already felt so real now have a voice in my head. That witty banter was done perfectly, and the emotions between Jaxson and Grace came through loud and clear. Even knowing everything that was going to happen, I still hung on every word and felt all the same things. I loved this couple when I read them, and I'll be honest, I wasn't sure at first about listening to them, but these narrators were spot on with this story and even the secondary characters were done just right.
My Saving Grace is one of those books I can come back to and revisit the characters time and time again, and whether I read it or listen to it, it's an excellent story.

Just Perfect

I loved this ebook but the audible with Maxine Mitchell and John Lane narrating was a whole different ball game. This was one of my favourite audiobooks so far this year. The narration was perfect as my favourite characters came to life.

My Saving Grace is book 1 in the new Vested Interest: ABC Corp Series and what a fantastic story to start this series on. This is Grace VanRyan and Jaxson Richards tale and for me this was the perfect story to lead us into the extension of The Vested Interest Series.
Grace is the eldest daughter of Richard and Katy, her life is mapped out exactly how she wants it to go, she is a strong determined woman and the last thing she needs is the complication of a marriage she can’t remember taking place.....
Jaxson is a broody, grumpy boss who didn’t seem interested in even working with Grace, let alone marrying her so how did this marriage come about and will it survive, I guess you need to read the book to find that out.
I loved Grace and her determination and believe it or not I fell hard and fast for the grumpy Jaxson, this couple made me smile, they made me laugh and they made me swoon so what more do you need in a great read. The chemistry is sizzling and the banter is witty and I can’t wait for the next instalment in this new series. Great job Ms Moreland, Maxine Mitchell and John Lane.

Absolutely brilliant

My saving Grace is one of my favorites from Melanie and I loved it when I read the book. This is one of those books I’ve read and re-read it and still love it as much as I did the first time. The audiobook is as good if not more when I read it. Both the narrators did a phenomenal job bringing Jaxon and Gracie characters to life. They captured every emotion perfectly. It was an utter joy and indulgence listening to this story. Grace is Richard and Katy’s eldest daughter and Jaxson is the perfect broody boss. The story captivated me from the very beginning and I was hooked until the end. Jaxson has to be my favorite Melanie hero . John Lane did brilliant job narrating Jaxson’s character and Maxine was the perfect Grace. Absolutely loved this audiobook

The caregiver teaches the taker.

This was my very first audio book, I had already read the book so I knew I loved the story but Maxine Mitchell really brought Grace to life. I thought her voice was a perfect for Grace's range of emotions and personality. John Lane I have to say made a pretty convincing Jaxson to and I certainly wouldn't have minded if a few more chapters had been read from Jaxson's point of view. I definitely look forward to hearing more from both narrator's.
