What happens when you and your fake fiancé are competing for a CEO position in your father’s company? A bit of sabotaging, a bit of bickering, a lot of flirting, and a whole lot of falling. The banter and sexual tension in this book was so good. I’ve said it many times and I’ll say it again, Nikki puts literary crack in her books. They’re always one day reads/listens for me because I can never out them down once I start. This was such a cute office/rivals romance, but usually the competitors are a bit mean. In this one, it was refreshing to see them growing closer together rather than hating each other off the bat.

Walker Williams and Kelsey Navarro Foster did a great job in bringing this story to life with their dual narration!

A perfect story emphasizing the whole universe...

A perfect story emphasizing the whole universe laughs when you make plans....but it all works out in the end. Enemies...or at least competition...these two had the same idea of how to win their seat at the company, but surprise surprise they were each other's unsuspecting secret weapon. Love was never supposed to be a part of either's scheme but the heart usually has different ideas. This story had me engaged from the beginning as Anastasia and Julian fought their way to their HEA. And the narration was terrific.

I enjoyed Julians and and Anastasias story a lot, the narrators did a great job.
I was hooked and devoured it in record time.
The perfect mix of sweet, funny and h0t.
What started as a fake relationship ended in a beautiful HEA.

Loved the Book So Much!

Anastasia and Julian both want to be the CEO for Anastasia’s father’s business but because he wants the new CEO to be “family friendly”, they both need to be in a fake relationship.  They meet up and Anastasia moves in with Julian but doesn’t know that he already works for her father, and of course she didn’t use her real name, so he doesn’t know who she really is.  Once they finally find out who they are, and her father finds out she is engaged, the contest was on!  This was a really fun, story with great characters.  Anastasia has a lot of things from her past to work out with her father and I enjoyed watching that happen.  There was a lot of competition going on between Anastasia and Julian and it was great watching that and watching the two of them fall for each other in the process. I Loved this book so much!!  Kelsey and Walker did a fantastic job with the narration and made it such a great listen!

So fun!

Such a fun read that packs in a strong female read, set on rising to the top in a male-oriented company/industry / leadership team. There are pranks, there’s a rivalry made delicious by all the tension, and two strong leads. It definitely set the bar high for the rest of the series and I can’t wait to see it all.

While this wasn’t original, and I predicted every single little detail long before they happened, it was executed in a way that I still didn’t want to put it down. It’s a light, cute read all around with a bit of depth slipped in. Ash delivers every time.

(& it was nice to see the leads visit somewhere other than Disney-related properties and ships, I must say.)

Drunk On You is an arranged marriage, fake dating, bosses daughter age gap. Anastasia is the daughter to the CEO of a liquor company. She is slightly estranged. She has been working her way to take over his company when he decides to retire. Her father was always too busy with his company to be part of her life. She went to the UK to make it on her own. Now is the time for a new CEO. However, her father has recently found love and wants to take the company in a new direction. He wants a family oriented CEO. Anastasia decided to find a man to fake date / marry to prove to her father she is the right person for the CEO position. Julian is the current COO and is expecting to get the CEO position as well. Now he has to find a fake wife to prove he is the best eligible candidate for the CEO position. They find each other and arrange a year relationship, just to find out that they are each other’s biggest competition. Will they find love and who will become the next CEO. This was a funny and steamy workplace romance.

Kelsey Navarro Foster and Walker Williams did a fantastic job narrating this book.

Competing For The CEO Position

Anastasia has had no relationship with her father following her:mother’s death and her father’s history of absence to be at work. Julian works at Anastasia’s fathers business and competes with her for the CEO position.
A fake engagement full of pranks, attraction, and banter lead to his acknowledge of falling first.
The story begins with a question how much I’d love the MCs, but it turns around and the story provides so much fun and romance. Also enjoy how in some ways the MMC and MFC exchange some ‘traditional’ roles and the support each provides the other.
Enjoyed the narration…interested in some of the secondary characters..hope for more stories in this world.

Great Minds

Anastasia and Julian both need a fiancé in order to prove they can balance family and work in order to get a job promotion. When they meet through an agency, they have no way of knowing that they are going to be competing for the job. Anastasia is a smart, wealthy business woman who is looking for her dad’s approval and to take over as CEO of the family company. Julian has worked his way up in this company and became like a son to the CEO. This fake fiancé, enemies to lover’s audio had me engaged from beginning to end. They may make formidable enemies but they make an even better/complementary team.

I eyeball read Drunk on You and I also listened to the audiobook, narrated by Walker Williams and Kelsey Navarro Foster and let me just say, I am in love!!!

Julian and Anastasia are both in need of a fake relationship to help them with getting ahead at their jobs. Anastasia wants to take over as CEO for her father in his business (even though they are estranged) and Julian already works closely with her father already. When these two are matched by an online service, they decide to move in with each other and make this show work for them. Then some things are revealed and things get a little dicey 😂

I absolutely LOVE this story!!! I am so in love with Julian and I loved watching Anastasia grow and get close to her father. Walker and Kelsey did such an amazing bringing these characters to life and I already want to listen again!!!

This is one you definitely don't wanna skip! Grab an ebook or the audio, you won't regret it!!!!

Oh my goodness, this was sweet as pie. I absolutely loved Julian and Anastacia and their story. The trope list was so good. We get office romance, fake engagement, age gap, enemies to lovers, surprise baby and probably more I'm forgetting. While their falling in love was a touch quick for me, especially from Ana, it didn't bother me too much when the rest of the story was too much fun.

I don't want to spoil it, but we get a POV from Samuel and I was laughing my butt off. That old man stole my heart pretty quickly too and I'm kinda wanting his story too. A love after loss story with him would be so sweet.

I adored Julian. He fell hard and fast and he knew what he wanted. That first shower scene was so dang hot and his dirty talk was amazing. The spice wasn't abundant, but what was there was A+.

The audio was fantastic. Kelsey Navarro Foster and Walker Williams did an incredible job narrating and I'll be on the lookout for more of their work.
