Very well explained and easy to follow.

Mindfulness has been known to reduce stress and help treat disorders such as anxiety, depression, insomnia and in some cases even addiction. This book also is very simple so it makes understanding the concepts of Mindfulness is a very simple thing.

Such an excellent book.

The practice of Mindfulness for beginners can be really a life-changer. If you have come across this area of focus, and you are ready for it, there is better introduction to the concept of mindfulness than this book.

Easy starter book !

This book had original chapters on dealing with physical pain and anger through Mindfulness for beginners. Great book in that it shows you step by step what you need to do to bring peace into your life. Recommended !

This book covers all the basic topics about the Mindfulness for beginners. The thing I liked is the writing style and language is very understandable. Nothing complicated or very technical. I would recommend it to everyone seeking basic guidance.
