Excellent!!

This book gives a nice, easy, direct way to approach problems with the way we relate to ourselves and others through meditation. It provides an easy step by step method to approach meditation and changing our patterns of reacting to situations. It approaches relationship troubles without seeming trite and also provides a road to just living better in general.
