just a big fan of Mike and his life and ideas.

This was a pretty good book that covered Mike and a lot of his ideas and philosophies. The only criticisms I have is that it could've been shorter, a lot of the same things were repeated over and over again. Some chapters felt like straight copies of other chapters.

Rambling…irrelevant topics

The book doesn’t give any real details on anything of importance. It’s a bunch of rambling, and goes into topics that have nothing to do with fitness, diet, or training. The author goes into discussing Ayn Rand and individualistic philosophy. What does this have to do with high intensity training?

Save your money and your time.
