Stimulating the brain's frontal lobes, regions associated with higher cognitive functions like concentration, decision-making, and problem-solving, this frequency enhances beta wave activity in the brain, which is linked to alertness and logical thinking, making it beneficial for tasks requiring intense focus and analytical skills.

This particular Sound Therapy is effective audio for completing focused work. The music has great tones that are both soothing and unobtrusive, making it very easy to concentrate while listening. That said, I do have a couple of issues.
The first is that it is simply too short. When I need to sit down with concentrated focus time, I need 45 minutes to an hour of uninterrupted time. 22 minutes is simply too short for this purpose. Particularly when the first one minute 23 seconds is occupied by a generic pseudo meditation. That’s my second issue.
These things don't always have to come with a long voiced intro. Some of them have a shorter 30-second intro which I don't personally need, but I understand that some people might like. But a minute plus? That’s unnecessary when the purpose is focus. When I have to sit down and get work done I want to get to it. I don't want to suffer through someone talking at me and I don't want to be bothered with having to fast forward through it all the time either.
If this were just the music and about twice as long, it would serve it's purpose perfectly. As it stands, it's not very useful.
Too short. Voiced meditative intro unnecessary, intrusive.
