Yes, this is great for when you need better memory recall or just want a better memory in general.

Any additional comments?

I've had an easier time remembering what I read and facts that I learn after using this. This is useful during small talk when trivia type questions come up or I am trying to better describe something where background information is useful. Normally, I blank out when trying to think of facts I've read, but they come easier to me after this audio.

Good for Memory

Very nice for memory, simple but effective and can be used repeatedly. Brings awareness to your mental processes.
