helps with concentration

Good hypnosis for concentration and clarity. It's a nice way to get into the zone that can be so elusive sometimes. I find it much easier to get into the zone and stay there for longer periods of time now.

simple but effective

I like how I feel after listening to this. Took a few times. I found the best time to listen was in the morning for me, and then I felt sharper through the day... aware of my thinking process. More aware of my memory retention and being more deliberate about it.

I was surprised, I liked it

I didn't know if I would like this one really, but it turns out I do. Gets me aware of how I think, and when I am not trying at all to remember anything. It's better to practice your memory so that it doesn't leave. If you don't use it, you lose it, as the saying goes!

concentration is better

I've been more focused lately on taking better care of my brain, and this led me to this audiobook as well as other methods, such as vitamins. I'm really enjoying the focus this brings in the way of bringing me into the present moment instead of the worry-headspace that I sometimes find myself in. It's made it easier to concentrate better and focus more on the task at hand. Haven't tested my memory yet so I don't know if there's been an improvement there, but I've absolutely noticed better concentration and clarity.

This is interesting

This is an interesting listen. Didn't know if I would like it at first but it grew on me. I like the idea of self hypnosis, controlling your own thoughts. Deciding your own path and sparking thoughts that serve the path.

Encourage you to try

I encourage you to try this for yourself and see if you don't feel more cognizant of your memory patterns. It's a good way to analyze the mind.
