No content, repetitive and BORING!!!!!!!!

What a disappointment. Filled with questions, judgements, generalities and NEVER gets to the "solutions." Unending prattle about disappointments and speculations regarding emotions and reactions. Such a WASTE of time and even the measley $6, which I doubt is refundable. Count how many times the word mindful is said in one chapter only. The constant reference to what we are going to learn is tedious. The use of the word you and we is offensive. She doesn't know the reader and there is NO we!

Down to earth

Loaded with anecdotal and research based suggestions. The author synthesizes her personal experiences with scholastic knowledge to make a strongly medley of advice. Many practical steps are left for parents to pursue.
