Enjoyed it

I found the book to be very helpful. I can now understand some of the meditation techniques that were unclear before. I have a positive approach now. I hate the number of word requirements in this book review.

A very well researched meditation book

Both the author and narrator have done such an exceedingly well job of making not only a meditative read/listen, but also a very insightful one. With this book I was able to practice the many forms of meditation and also learn the actual techniques and philosophies. A very soothing and engaging listen. Highly recommend!

A great meditation training

This audiobook provides great explanation and techniques about the different forms of meditation (meditation, mantras, yoga, hypnosis...)
I enjoyed the information about the breathing techniques and the material needed depending on the technique you choose.
This resource is perfect for anyone interested in knowing the different meditation approaches and their health benefits.

Straightforward and empowering

This book is straightforward without being patronising. It gives an explanation of what meditation is and how you can develop your own practice, eventually without needing any guidance. The book makes you feel that this is completely achievable for anyone, with practice. The narrator's voice is very soothing and relaxing. I loved listening.

This got me back into meditation!

As someone who has attempted meditation multiple times I’ve always found that either my mind races, I get distracted/bored or I end up coming up with some great idea during my mediation time and end up dropping it. This audio book gave me just what I needed to combat all these thoughts! I’m going to go back into meditation now with a fresh mind

Complete and practical guide of how to meditate.

In this book I learned the history and the many types of meditations . It will guide one on how to meditate correctly, its many great health benefits to mind and body and the most beneficial times and places to meditate.

Also learned the many components and breathing techniques to helps one reduce negative emotions, enhance focus, and improve memory to name a few.

I learned alot and benefited greatly. highly recommend this book to people on all levels.
