I have read dozens of books on the topics of breathing, breath work, yoga, Hinduism, Buddhism psychedelics and inner peace. This book was so rich with information but more importantly it explains techniques in depth very clearly. I can't recommend it enough!

Zen Buddism from Tibetan monks will teach mindfulness, therapeutic breathing and meditation like nothing else can. This is a book of instruction and learning. I have been involved with this for most of my life and I learned many things that I didn't know from the book. Also, there is nothing in it that would conflict with the 3 major world religions. Don't pass on this, because it could change your life.

I enjoyed book but found title misleading for me. One simple breath exercise is taught and the rest focused on Buddhist philosophy and meditative approaches in conjunction with breath. All good stuff just not what I expected.

Excellent narrator, I liked his crisp accent. Scholarly book but written in a comfortable, entertaining manner. I am already through it for a second time, layering on the wisdom. Doing the work takes time but results also happen instantly! Best advice I’ve heard on using the breath to immediately balance the mind and heart. Should be taught to every university student!
