Highly Recommended for Beginners

If you don't have time to enroll in a guitar playing class, then I encourage you to buy this audiobook instead. It's beginner-friendly. Makes you feel like the instructor is right in front of you.

Simply Amazing

In the beginning, it was a simple and easy to understand, covering the basics of chakras and whatnot. Later, it picked up the pace and introduced new concepts such as auras, yoga poses and various other healing methods. It was intense and very helpful. This is a wonderful guide for meditation and learning about your Chakras. I normally have trouble getting into meditation but found myself doing exactly what the narrator said. I immediately felt myself relax in a way I hadn't in too long of a time. I think this is a must for anyone wanting to heal their Chakras and help heal themselves from the inside out. The narration was quite well done. Marisa Imon has a soothing voice as she leads you into the meditations. I will be recommending this to my friends, we all need more relaxation in our lives. I will be using this audiobook often.
