Beautiful story - love Weston and Sadie!

This story was so beautifully written! Weston and Sadie’s story had such a tragic start, but ends so good! I cried, I laughed, I loved the spice! The narrator’s were perfect for this story too! My first audiobook/book by Willow Aster, but it won’t be my last. Also a solid dad group! They were hilarious, caring and so supportive. Cannot wait for the rest of this series!

Sexy sports romance with a touch of drama

Mad Love is a small town, enemies to lovers, sports romance, with a single dad hero and forced proximity (roommates)! This is the first book in the Single Dad Playbook interconnected standalone series and it was so cute!

*Mad Love* is a delightful start to the Single Dad Playbook series, blending small-town charm with the excitement of an NFL backdrop. The story follows Weston Shaw, a star quarterback whose life is turned upside down when he discovers he's a father after a one-night stand. Sadie, the aunt of his son, initially distrusts Weston but soon realizes he’s committed to being a dad. Their journey from enemies to co-parents is both heartwarming and filled with palpable tension.

The forced proximity as they co-parent together is a trope that works beautifully here, making the romantic build-up all the more satisfying. Weston’s instant devotion to his son and the camaraderie among his teammates (who are also single dads) add depth to the story. While the enemies-to-lovers transition felt a bit fast for me, the emotional connection between Weston and Sadie shines through, making this a captivating read.

Overall, *Mad Love* is a sweet, slow-burn romance with just the right amount of spice and heart. I’m looking forward to the rest of the series and seeing more of these single dads in action. Strong 5 out of 5 stars for me!

Everything about this is complete perfection. From the narrator’s to the story. This is one I will listen to over and over.

This was my first 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 book! And man, did I fall in love with her writing quick! I can't wait to see where Willow takes this series! If it's anything like the first we are in for quite the amazing ride!

I absolutely loved this book! But my favorite part would have to be the characters. And I don't just mean the main characters. There was not a single character in the book that I didn't wish to know more about. Willow's character development in this book was INCREDIBLE! I can't wait to listen to the next book! Its currently waiting for me to finish this review so I can put it in my ears!

The relationship between Weston and Sadie was so unique and beautifully built from the very start. I loved watching them grow together and balance parenthood. As a mom, I know how difficult that can be with a partner I can't imagine doing it with a stranger.

I adored Weston's character he jumped into the role of fatherhood INSTANTLY without a second guess or feelings of regret. I couldn't get enough of his Daddy side. And with 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬 voicing him that love only increased! Connor did such an incredible job playing Weston. He brought out Weston's heart so well in this audiobook! We watch Sadie's character go through an unbelievable loss and become the most outstanding mother to Caleb. Given everything she had been through and was going through she poured everything into Caleb making sure he had everything he needed. And 𝐀𝐯𝐚 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐨𝐧 did such a wonderful job bringing out every emotion Sadie went through. Her performance was stunning!
