Publisher's summary

Travel to a world where love stories unfold, shattered dreams are rebuilt, and a memorable cast of characters live out and grow in their Christian faith. The brand new Rachel Marie series takes you far away to Bangkok Christian School where rookie teacher Rachel Marie finds herself intrigued by the winsome Vice Principal Kuhn Khemkaeng, a nominal Buddhist. She’s being simultaneously wooed by expatriate Nigel Blaine, a TV journalist dripping with decidedly secular charm.

Book 1 mingles moonlight kisses with a desperate ride to the ER and keeps listeners guessing to the very end. Seasoned fiction writer David B. Smith (Bucky Stone Adventures) crafts pause register dramatic tales marked by a gracious yet robust Christian element and grace-bathed Bible truth. His childhood years as a missionary kid in downtown Bangkok give his stories a gritty charm; one reviewer writes: “You can almost smell the spicy cooking!” He is a math professor at San Bernardino Valley College; he and his wife Lisa have two daughters and four grandkids.

This is a must read book! Very Captivating!

I loved this book. David B. Smith is a great story teller and the performance by Tonya Foster Yancy was superb! The story of Missy Stone was so interesting, I couldn't wait each day to listen during my commute.

Great story

I really appreciated David Smith’s way of grabbing your attention and keeping you engaged all throughout. It was an honest portrayal of what a young adult who is traversing life’s difficulties will face. The morals and way the sweet relationship in the story resonated with me very much. Im looking forward to what happens next!
