OK while yes it was dry it did have a lot of info you would need to know and for a noob to Linux that could be good but i personaly think it needs to be spiced up a bit .

Great content. Bad reading! BORING

Liked the content and organization of this book, but Amy Gramour couldn't read herself out of a wet paper bag! Pauses between words that distorted the context and meaning of sentences.

Not perfect, but OK.

A few errors noticed that sound like the reader didn't clearly understand the copy.
Not that I would expect her to, but the author or proofreader (-listemer?) should have caught it.

example:
cd ..
change current directory to parent, i.e. move up a directory level.
the reader apparently took the second period as punctuation for the sentence she was reading,
so she read it as "cd . "
which sort of doesn't do anything!

Otherwise this is a nice overview.
