Last Chance Seduction

Montgomery Ink Legacy, Book 9

By: Carrie Ann Ryan

Narrated by: Jason Clarke, Rose Dioro

The last time I saw Lexington Montgomery, he held my sister in his arms as my fiancé left me at the altar.

Neither one of us knew it would be two years until we saw each other again. Or that it would be the last time my sister was part of our core group.

Grieving, I’m back in Colorado trying to start over. I have no family and have no intention of dating ever again.

Only fate has other plans because Lexington Montgomery is my new neighbor.

I want to stay away from him, but there’s no chance of that now. Especially when his ex shows up to rub her new husband—and the chance at his dream job—in his face.

I didn’t mean to do it, but now I’m Lex’s fake girlfriend over the holidays and there’s nothing fake about the attraction between us.

Except once we finally give in, it turns out the past I ran from wasn’t so far away after all. And the dangers we never saw coming might end what we have—fake or not—before we even have a chance.

**Last Chance Seduction is a fake relationship, forced proximity, holiday romance in the Montgomery Ink Legacy series featuring Lexington and Mercy. Each book can be listened to as a complete standalone. An HEA is guaranteed!

**Lexington Montgomery is Beckett and Eliza’s son from Inked Obsession.

Amazing friends to lovers romance

I received this as an arc/alc from the author and I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.

This was an amazing friends to lovers/ fake relationship romance. It was definitely a new favorite of mine from this author. The story was so well written and it was hard to put it down. This was Lexington’s story and I have been waiting to read his story for a while now and it was even better than I expected. Mercy was just the perfect match for him and though they had a few bumps along the way, they got a satisfying HEA.

Audiobook review: This was a joy to listen to. I absolutely adored the narration, it made the story come to life in such a satisfying way. Both the male and female narrators did an incredible job and were very well matched in the narration which I just really appreciate.

Wow! Loved Lex & Mercy! Fantastic narration, too!

𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is the 9th book in the Montgomery Ink Legacy series by Carrie Ann Ryan, featuring a fake relationship romance for former friends Lexington and Mercy. I have been waiting for Lex to finally get his chance at a HEA, and this book did not disappoint! I was hooked by the emotional prologue and further captivated by every heat-filled glance, Montgomery family antic and banter exchange, and shocking twist and turn that came along!! I absolutely adored the fact that Mercy was a voice actor! This might actually be my first main character with that job, and I’ve read a ton of books! I enjoyed the flow of the plot and the way the fake relationship came about. Their chemistry was phenomenal, although it took awhile for them to find time together without interruptions🤪, the payoff was so fiery!! I sat up and took notice of Lex and his dirty talker side!😍🔥 The holiday vibe gave the Montgomery family an extra opportunity to show Mercy how they take care of their own. Once you’re in, you’re in, and I love that about this family. What’s not to love when a story represents healing and finding love and family with a side of suspense? Be ready for some emotion, too! I cannot wait for the next book!!

I went back for the audio today, and Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro blew me away with their performance! From the emotion to the banter to the passion, it was all excellent! But seriously, Jason Clarke in dirty talker mode was straight fire!!🥵🫠 Don’t miss this story!

Lex and Mercy

An other fantastic addition to an already amazing series. Lex and Mercy are simply beautiful together. They did have some bumps in their journey but their destination is absolute perfection. I adored going on this emotional and heartwarming adventure with them.
