No-no! Save your time!
After reaching the "chapter - importance of being certified"... I couldn't stand it any longer... Endless blabber "why you need it", " what will you get after implementing it"... and nothing is to the point... No examples of how to overcome imminent challenges. Audible can return you money, but nobody will bring back your time! Steer clear of Jeffrey Ries "guides", which it is more close to "salami publications".

Great book on productivity for beginners.
Great book on productivity for beginners. The book clearly explains in detail what makes Lean Philosophy very practical and important to implement in your business to become more productive if you are new to the concept. The short explanation of the Six Sigma was helpful and I will be looking more into it as the author said it's a very dense concept. As someone who is starting their own business the concepts described here will help me a lot. I found this book very insightful.

This is an excellent handbook for those looking to learn more about the lean manufacturing method. The content is clear, concise, and supplemented with instructive graphics. Even though the title says 'simplified' all of the points are covered and even though this book is an introduction it is pretty comprehensive.
