Uuuuuuggggghhhhhh! Silvana! You are killing me! This was so good! The characters were phenomenal. The storyline was addictive. The drama was so tasty. The performance was imaginative. And the spice was pure fire. I can't wait for a second book. Please tell me there is a second book coming?!

dark and tempting

Silvana Falcon manages to make wonderfully dark and haunting worlds. The beginning of this series introduces Veridia, a place filled with monsters but some of the characters we meet from "our world" have you wondering if all the monsters are from there.
Knox is amazingly smexy but more than that, for Adrian, he is caring and attentive. I can't wait to see where this series goes.
John Solo does an excellent job of bringing the story to life.

Wonderful story.

I really enjoyed this story. John Solo is a great narrator and makes every story feel real. Monsters are always a favorite of mine and then the push and pull between the two main characters is amazing too. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves mm monster romance stories.

Absolutely amazing

This romantasy series starter swept me away! Love the 'taken to a new world' theme, & this one flips it on its head by bringing the fantasy HERE! No spoilers here, but just imagine if the book boyfriends we read & love walked into our lives. Wow. Well, Silvana Falcon gives us that scenario & it turns Adrian's reality upside down. Join him and his quirky friends as they try to navigate what comes next. Loved the characters, the conflicts, the fantasy turned reality & the romance, of course. Battles, magic, other-worldly beings & happenings, chaos, love and found family - that, and more, awaits within. Read, and enjoy. (I'm already eagerly awaiting book two!)
John Solo outdid himself with these characters, too! His talents help bring these characters and story right out of the pages and into your ears & heart. Careful, some scenes may just melt your speakers.

An adventure where fantasy colide with reality

Knox and Adrian story was exhilarating with constant danger and adrenaline, unexpected challenges and new developments that changes the narrative.
Their meeting was explosive, and the way they connected was a thing of beauty.
Adrian had his insecurities thanks to past hurts and betrayal, and it was interesting to see the way Knox winned his heart.
I also liked the friends, and the quirky grandma.
I liked how the enemy was defeated, but liked the on going mystery of what triggered this journey.
I loved Jon's Solo voices and the way he brings to life this story.
I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the next adventure.

A Brilliant Story, Listen & Start to an Amazing New Series!

Silvana Falcon had me at the first line of their blurb, “What happens when your fictional crush comes to life?”, and I knew right then that this story was going to be beyond amazing. It is a fascinating paranormal MM romance novel, an imaginative story that drew me right in, grabbing my attention like no other, and held it captive the entire time. Imagine a book boyfriend, one you fantasized about, not only coming to life straight off the pages, but crash landing right into your bedroom. Adrian could not believe it when Knox, the demonic incubus and lead character of the “Monsters of Veridia” did just that. Is it a dream come true, or maybe a nightmare unfolding? It was great to watch Adrain and Knox navigate their newfound relationship, as well as Knox learning his way around. But Knox was not the only one who crossed over from his world, and there were some other monsters, ones that are stirring up trouble and creating havoc. There is never a dull moment in this action-packed story, a story that has the perfect balance of drama, angst, twists and turns, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. The writing, plot and world building are fantastic, as are the character growth and development. Beside the two lead characters there are some fabulous side/secondary characters and I am looking forward to learning more about them and what comes next in this series. Silvana Falcon, thank you for this amazing story and wild ride.

🎧📚🎧  John Solo did a fabulous job voicing these characters and his portrayal of each was brilliant, giving each their own unique voice, one that fit their personality and demeanor perfectly. His talent knows no bounds and his ability to perform many voices is amazing, and he makes it easy to follow along and tell who is who. Solo’s pacing and tone are just right for the story, and he handles the back-and-forth dialogue effortlessly and never misses a beat. He is an entertaining storyteller and his performance elevates the story to another level. Thanks for another amazing listen. 

Loved It!

I loved this book! It was such a fun story! What person (kid or adult) doesn't fantasize at some point about meeting their favorite character from a book, movie, etc. in real life? Adrian loves and knows everything about the Incubus Knox from his favorite webnovel and blogs about it. Imagine his surprise when someone looking exactly like Knox (or a perfect cosplayer..?) comes crashing through his skylight into his room. He doesn't believe immediately that this is really THE Knox though. I liked Knox's personality. His confusion over things in the real world that are not in his own (like almost getting hit by a car). And surprise how much Adrian seems to know about him and his friends. I also like that although he is an incubus, he's trying to resist his urges and be more than just his basest nature. I also liked Adrian's character growth over the course of the story. And of course loved the chemistry between them. (On a last note- whoever made the amazing cover of this book needs to make one of Knox in those duck pajamas!)

After reading this book, I was lucky enough to get my hands on the audiobook. I've listened to a lot of John Solo's narrations, but I think he does an especially wonderful job bringing this story to life. I could easily distinguish between the different characters' voices. I was especially drawn to Knox's. I've never heard him speak in that deep tone before and it was perfect.

A wonderful story and I'm looking forward to more in this world!
