I very rarely write a review but I’ve had this in my wish list for quite some time and was not sure because I did’nt know the author but finally purchased it. This is an outstanding audio book from start to finish and the narration was wonderful.
I can’t wait for book number 2

I never imagine what kind of tale it was. I’m still gasping. After TJ Klune series finding this book was just what I needed, without spoliers I did not fancy werewolves but now.....

Dont judge by the synopsis

Based solely on the synopsis I have to admit that I skipped past this a few times. However I'm happy I read some really good reviews, because this one was dark and twisted and steamy and sexy and just so perfect. Nicholi was arrogant and so sweet and caring and Jack was protective and funny and together they were the best fated mates.

The story was fantastic. The narration of the book was some of the best. I've heard.

This book is a mm shifter romance, it’s a human falls for alpha wolf story and it’s a tale of fatherhood, love and betrayal. But god it is so much more!

Must read

This book will have your mind reeling and panting for more. The audio is so well done that it’s hard to believe that it’s the same person doing both accents. The author has an amazing world building ability that paints pictures that show up so vividly. In this book you can feel the struggle and find yourself wanting to join a pack. The character growth from this book to the next really shows and makes you crave more.

Loved it.

I love when two characters start off enemies and end in love. All the trials help the connection grow. I loved this book!

Incredible!!

Audible version of this book blew me away! Kirt Graves was absolutely AMAZING. This is one of the best I've listened to so far this year. No idea why I didn't click purchase sooner. As usual- being able to fall into the mind of JA is breathtaking. 5 stars+

ok, turned out good

I want sure that I would like this one. about 2 hours in, I wasn't sure what the hype was about. there wasn't any real build up to the relationship. they hated each other until they were deeply irreverently in line with each other. then it was OK. I wish there was a little more tension on the build up. otherwise I did really enjoy the book even though it was a little predictable.

Amazing narrator and an intense story

I am so excited that Exhale is finally available on audible. This book is an extraordinary tale of a father’s love with shapeshifter mate issues thrown into the mix. When I saw that Kurt Graves was narrator (I highly recommend Wolfsong by TJ Klune) I knew that Jack would be wonderfully portrayed. The relationship between Jack and Nicolai is fraught and dark but the writing and genre overcomes some of the love/hate issues.....eventually. But Jack’s love for his daughter keeps this tale going. The main character is a man of great integrity and plenty of self-deprecation. Kirt Graves does an amazing job portraying all characters. Totally worth a credit and I can’t wait for the next book to be released.
