this was such a fun and interesting listen! i absolutely loved the relationship between the two and loved the worldbuilding. i also LOVEDD the way dacian is voiced in this.. made me feel fancy js listening lol😭😭 i saw on the author’s tiktok that they’ve started writing the sequel and i cannot wait!!

Really lovely

This book is thoroughly entertaining. If you try to explain it to anyone you may sound silly though. But Kit has a skill at description unlike any other modern author I’ve read. Gothic literature is a heavy focus of the book so I’d recommend reading Dracula before listening. It really elevates the experience.

Immortal Love

I have been and will always be a lover of vampires. That love marked forever into my skin with ink. I've read so many different takes on the terrifying beautiful creatures that it's hard to read something that hasn't already been done. But THIS! It's familiar but so uniquely its own. Well written with great characters. And the performance, chiefs kiss. I wanted nothing more than for Dacion (sp) to read me every thing ever written. If you are a fan of Dracula, the history of it and where it's origins came from, this is a definite read. 10 outta 10. I'm hoping this is in print cause I need it in my collection.

A perfect book to sink your teeth into

A wonderfully new and different look at a classic literature character plopped in to a semi-modern world with a more-than-human man who fits them perfectly.

Great read with a lot of back story. I hope there are more books to come.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

So I absolutely loved this. I tend to go in blind to books, and this gave way more than I was expecting. I will say though, the ending makes me really hope there will be more…

Also, the audio was fantastic!

i can not i mean can. not tell you have amazing this book was i need more ! i found this author on tiktok curious i got the audio book to enjoy it was to short ! 1000% to short this book drew me into the story the omg the voice reading is to make any one melt. 1000% reccomend .

A twist on a “Modern” Dracula story

Loved the characters and the subtle and poetic dark romance between them. It’s a bitter sweet story with reference to classic books which I appreciate and I want more!! The narrator did a great job as well.
