loved the book so jumped at listening to it. I love Alex as a narrator but not my first choice for solo narration. He's a great narrator but struggles to give a voice to different characters. was still a highly enjoyable listen and I'll probably relisten in the future.

Awesome!

Absolutely loved this! Had the signature touches and feels that I love about Riley Harts writing but with an edge of danger and some morally off characters that you still couldn't help to love. Highly recommend the audio of this one, Alex Kydd's voice is smoking hot and he narrated these characters just perfectly for the story.

So steamy and sweet despite the darker themes. The last 2 hours (75%) I was reading on edge, anticipating doom. It was pretty angsty. I loved every minute though. I so was not expecting the plot twist at the end. Jaw on floor! Don't worry, no cliffhanger.

Fabulous MCs and side characters. I'm super intrigued by Cillian and Ollie. The chemistry between the 2 MCs was smoking hot. While the story may not be romantic in the conventional sense, it was super romantic in the I'll protect you sense, very swoony.

I absolutely recommend this book. I could not put it down and there were no parts that dragged. I was sucked in from start to finish. I can't wait for the next one.

This was a new to me narrator but he did a great job. He had a pleasant reading voice and sounded age appropriate for the roles. He reads in almost a hushed tone and it really suited the tone of the story. He expressed all the emotions wonderfully and brought the story to life. I did speed it up to 1.40x but I found he kept a good reading flow. He gave all the characters including the side characters their own distinct voices that suited them all perfectly. He did a great job with females voices. I definitely recommend this narrator.

Great listen! loved the story

I really enjoyed this book, I loved the characters and the story line, it kept me listening non stop, finished in one day. I love anything that Alex Kydd narrates, if I had to criticize anything about this book, it would be that I wish they did the narration in duet with a second narrator like Teddy Hamilton 😬❤️ Alex did a great job, but there were a few times when I had to rewind to make sure I knew which character was talking, but other than that, it was great!
Can't wait for the second book.

This book was everything! The whole story kept me listening till the end. The narrator was excellent though sometimes it was hard to tell which guy was talking. The 🌶️ scenes were great and the chemistry between them was amazing.

Okay so the other reviews have feedback regarding the narrator making things less awesome due to the lack of being Teddy Hamilton, and I think that’s because Alex Kidd sounds a little like Teddy, But I think disregarding his talent because he isn’t the person he sort of resembles is unfair and unwarranted. I read this book not long ago and almost passed on the audio due to the reviews, but the narrator did an excellent job and while the 2 characters did sound similar, I didn’t find it anything worth noting because he was so good and the book is so good! Look, I can’t speak for all, but my panties are wet, and the wet panties don’t lie.

Alex did a good job!

I think Alex did a great job with this audio. He does remind me of Teddy but he puts his own spin on the characters. As with Teddy I can listen at a faster speed and not feel like I’m missing anything. The story was good but a bit slow at one part. Overall I really enjoyed this audio.

Riley Hart is an amazing writer. I laughed I cried this book gave me a lot of feelings 💕

Great story

Loved this story. not as dark as I thought it would be but well worth listening to. Narration really brought this one to life. Alex Kade did an amazing job. Riley Hart never disappoints, she did a great job with this one. I can't wait to hear the next two. Revenge served!!!
