Unique & Intriguing! Great Story & Narration🎧

Dinosaur shifters, original storylines and an intriguing start to the “Dino Uprising” series, and it all starts with a bone, a bone found by Dr. Beauregard “Beau” Tremeres, a former professor, and leads to a naked man at his door. A naked man who has no memory of who he is, so Beau names him Killian, and Killian also brought the cops to Beau’s door, including his police chief mother. Turns out the cops were not the only ones interested in Killian or Beau, and they are both in danger, and when Killian’s memories trickle back, Beau may be the one in danger, especially after he learns what he really is. D.K. Sutton packed a whole lot of story in this novella-sized book, and it grabs your attention right from the start and holds it captive until the end, an end that leaves you wanting more. The story has the perfect balance of drama, witty dialogue, mystery, twists and turns, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. The writing, plot and world building are fantastic, as are the character growth and development. Besides the fabulous lead characters, there are some interesting and equally fabulous side characters. D.K. Sutton, thank you for this amazing story and wild ride, and I am looking forward to what comes next.

🎧📚🎧 With Declan Winters at the microphone, you know you are in for a treat of a listen, and this audio is exactly that. Winters did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life, giving each their own distinct voice, making it easy to follow along and tell who was who. His embodiment of each character was perfect, and I loved how he took each role and owned it, sounding believable and just as I imagined the characters to sound. He is an entertaining storyteller, and his captivating performance keeps you glued to the story while taking the story to another level.

Engrossing. Hot. Sweet. It's all the positive adjectives!

Did I ever imagine I'd ever read/listen to a dino shifter book, nonetheless be so engrossed with it that I'd finish it in less than a week (a feat for me, really)? No. But when one of my favorite authors links up with my favorite narrator, it didn't take much arm twisting to get myself to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! First of, the sensational descriptive writing is top notch! (And hawt) The story was so well paced and developed that I was thinking about it even between sessions of listening. The detail shows how much thoughtful research was done, and the prehistoric elements and story flowed so well with the current day world and story that I started wishing this could be real. Like, what if dinosaurs were walking amongst us still?

The cherry on top is Declan Winter. I'd honestly pay to listen to him read the phone book. His delivery, and the way he voices each character so uniquely without losing what makes him special is unmatched! 5 million stars. Highly Recommend.

I love me a good shifter romance but I will say that this is my very first dinosaur shifter. Let’s just say that I’m now a fan of dinosaur shifters and I need more in my life. I now need to read the next installment in this series.

Like always, Declan always narrated well. He did so good with the emotion in his voice for each of the characters or even with the different accents.

I really loved how Beau named this man that he found naked on his doorstep Killian. It just suited him. The insta-love between these two were so powerful.

I really need to more about this world because it left us needing more answers. This is exactly how an author truly gets you… hook, line and sinker. This story is super short but there is a bit of mystery in this lovely world.

Dino shifter, yes please

What do we love more than a Dino shifter? A Dino shifter mystery with heat! Narrated by Declan Winters, the first book in this series I suspect is laying the groundwork for a delicious overarching plot involving Dino shifters and amnesia and murder and basically all things fun. HEA for the couple as the next in series looks to be a different couple, I’m assuming will follow the plot. Easy read/listen that captures your attention and just makes you want more!

I've read this book before and loved it then, but listening to it was so much better. The narrator was amazing. I really like when each character is distinctive.
