Why was he different, you ask?
Well, a small clue might be in the title of this book...
Charming, surprising and hilarious - David Walliams's beautiful first novel will touch the hearts (and funny bones) of children and adults alike.
Now David teams up with Matt Lucas to produce an audiobook with a difference. Read by two of the brightest stars in sketch comedy, this lavish production brings the hilarious voices behind Little Britain to your nearest earphones. And it tells a fantastic story too...
What made the experience of listening to The Boy in the Dress the most enjoyable?
I have to say David Walliams is a great narrator and made this story very enjoyable.
Have you listened to any of David Walliams and Matt Lucas ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes it kept you listening.
Any additional comments?
This was a good book and I have just purchased David Walliams other books I am sure they will be equally as good.

I hope you replied to me love it it is epic so coollll hop your we'll from callum
I liked it but the voices are a bit rough and bald heads I don't like the hairy people. Also it's a bit gay but the food sound delicious!
This audio book is AMAZING if you do not like I'll except your opinion but I will still disagree this audio book is able to create characters I do not even relate to in any way and make me interested in their story PS I am an 👾👾👾👾 and 👻👻👻👻
Good story, good reading. And here are some more words. And a few more here.
I absolutely loved it. Easy to listen to in one sitting. Very good reading by Matt and David.
This book is one of my favorites because I tells you that just because your a boy you don't have to act cool and that you can still be interested in some things that girls do
I enjoyed this audio book as it was read brilliantly by my favorite author David Walliams
I was trying to sleep but just kept laughing, the characters are just that.
Well written well read, and now it's time for bed.
so funny,up to date with time and classic aswell I adored that book
Loved it! So much detail and such clever use of words! David Walliams os an utter GENIUS!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It is a Really good audible because you can be who ever you want to be!👗
I like the storyline because it has a lot of twists in it.
But I disliked the story because the main character (Denis) has the worst luck ever like: his mum split up with his dad, he got expelled and his dad has never seen one of Denise's football (soccer) matches.
I disliked the performance because that Denis and his brother have different ways on how they speak, but I really like the acted.
I recommend this story to people who like football (soccer) and people who don't like the way other people think about peoples gender.
