poor recording-words cut off

I'm disappointed in this book because the narrator's words are frequently cut off the beginning and end of sentences. That's frustrating.

Simple, Straightforward, Useful

Here's a well-thought out explanation of the ketogenic diet and some helpful advice on how to make best use of it for your particular needs. I thought the narrator was excellent, engaging.

Confusing

The books about dieting but I was confused but the book about the diet. For a beginner I didn’t understand about the keto diet and now I’m sure it harder than I thought it was before.

Very informative, jam packed

A book like this is great for people who are reviewing their knowledge in the subject, but to be useful to beginners either expect to listen slowly while taking notes, or ideally a pdf should accompany the book for download. You’re not going to understand if you’re a beginner after a single listen, but if willing to work at it and take notes, this would provide a very good basic introduction.

Great book, worth the buy! perfect having it here to listen to. Made getting on track and planning so much easier. The exercise plan, alone is worth buying the book! you wont be disappointed!
