Recently, with all the time at home, I noticed bad habits sneaking in, especially in the evening. One glass of wine has become two, a few pieces of dark chocolate has become half a bag of chocolate chips...and the scale reflects these changes. I decided to get back on track and just in time, Keto Green 16 hit the shelves!
Dr. Cabeca's motivational reading of Keto Green 16 reignited a passion to feel my best. I immediately made a grocery list and plan to begin the program this week. The plan is based in calorie restriction- primarily achieved through removing anything on the higher end of the glycemic index & intermittent fasting, which she gives good instructions for.
If you are a very beginner with eating healthy and want some information about inflammation & hormones, or intermittent fasting this would be a good resource for you.
If you’re a veteran with any experience with intermittent fasting & eating vegetables with your meals you probably won’t learn much,
All that said, it’s probably a pretty heathy diet to follow for most people.

She continues to repeat herself throughout the chapters, I thought I had hit rewind a couple of times going back several chapters, but I had not.
I went online to check out several of the supplements websites she suggested and sadly to say several of the supplements don’t even list ingredients or where the product is made.
I was saddened by this book because I do like Dr. Cabeca. No I’ll-will, just disappointed.
Nothing new. For beginners not the hormone imbalanced.
