Storyline

Great performance

I have enjoyed this series so much. Each book has followed a different guy from the band and where they have ended up since. Our final book is Lenox’s book. He has been the quietest of the group and it was really interesting to get inside of his head. While everyone in the group was affected by Susie’s death, it hit Lenox extra hard since she was his sister. I also felt it was sweet how Susie stayed an important part throughout the series, especially with her ring.

Lenox is surprised when he is approached by Georgia who he previously had a 2 year fling with and broke her heart. Georgia is asking Lenox to marry him. She is desperate so that she can keep her father’s company and not have to marry her ex fiance. While they both agree for this to be completely fake, it is hard to ignore the way they have always felt about each other. They have some obstacles to overcome though. Georgia’s cousins are Lenox’s friends and they do NOT approve. Georgia also still has her ex fiance as a complication and there is also a surprise person who turns out to be against them.

This was such a beautiful story of their love and reconnecting while also being a thrilling story of this mystery that has gone on within Georgia’s family. Lenox is clearly the right person for Georgia and to solve this mystery. This is one of my absolute favorites from the series and I am sad to see it end!

I was going to read this book as an ARC but when I saw that Angelina Rocca was narrating and that the audio went live early, I quickly downloaded it! I have no regrets!

The man's voice is hot and he can read to me anytime, the female voice sounded weak like sore was breathy and on the verge of crying, but her character was written so well and she was funny and stood in her own which allowed the book to still be amazing.
